slow deep is the first EP released by YKA.
This title is inspired by an interview of Laurie Anderson that I have heard in one of the breaks when working on the tracks in the studio:

"..Everyone is so used to multitasking, you know, you're reading your email and you're having a conversation at the same time and you're aware of what is going on out there. I mean sooner or later we're going to implode, but for the moment we can almost do that, you know, and maybe we'll catch up, maybe we'll get a little faster, I hope actually we'll get slower, because slower for me is deeper."

I "officially" started this process in March 2020, it took two years to finally put them out there !
When the voices in my head told me that I should speed up the process, the words of Laurie Anderson helped me accept the fact that each process has its own time and pushing it won't help.
